Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث لمحاولة تشخيص دور وكالة الأمن الصحي المستحدثة في مواجهة المخاطر الصحية والوقاية من التهديدات الوبائية والأمراض، حيث كشف انتشار الوباء العالمي كوفيد 19 عدم القدرة على مواجهته نتيجة عامل عدم التوقع رغم الإمكانيات التي تحوزها الدول المتقدمة. كما سنحاول في هذا المقال التطرق إلى الواقع المستجد لسارس كوفيد2. وتعد الحوكمة الصحية استجابة للتغيرات التي تمليها التطورات في مجال سياسات التخطيط والتسيير للمؤسسات الإستشفائية، لذلك تم إنشاء وكالة الأمن الصحي التي تهدف لتكوين خلايا البحث العلمي في مجال الصحة قصد إصلاح المنظومة الصحية الجزائرية. : Abstract This research aims to diagnose the role of the new Health Security Agency in the fight against health risks and preventing epidemic threats and diseases. Despite the capacities that developed countries possess; the spread of the global Covid19 has revealed their inability to face it because of the unexpectebility factor. In this article; we will also try to address the new reality of SARS Covid2. Health governance is a response to changes dictated by the development in the planning and management policies of hospital institutions. Therefore; the Health Security Agency was established; which aims to form scientific research units in the field of health in order to reform the Algerian health system.
