Résumé: تعتبر الرقمنة من السياسات الضرورية في عصرنا الحالي، ولعل أهم القطاعات التي برزت فيها بشكل كبير و واضح قطاع التعليم العالي، حيث تم اعتماد الرقمنة في مختلف الجامعات الجزائرية من أجل تطوير الخدمات المقدمة، إذ تم في هذه الدراسة تناول مفهوم الرقمنة، الجامعة، أهمية الرقمنة في قطاع التعليم العالي وأيضا تم التركيز على واقع الرقمنة بالجامعة بالاعتماد على الدراسة الميدانية لثلاث جامعات وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أهم النقائص والمعيقات التي تواجه عملية التحول الرقمي بالجامعات من وجهة نظر الأساتذة والطلبة، كما توصلت إلى تحديد أبرز المتطلبات الضرورية لنجاح عملية الرقمنة بالجامعات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرقمنة، فواعل العملية التعليمية، الجامعة. تصنيف JEL : XN2، XN1. Abstract: Digitization is considered one of the necessary policies in our current era, and perhaps the most important sectors in which it has emerged significantly and clearly is the higher education sector, where digitization has been adopted In various Algerian universities in order to develop the services provided, this study discussed the concept of digitization, the university, the importance of digitization in the higher education sector, and also the focus was on the reality of digitization at the university based on the field study of three universities. The results of the research reached the most important shortcomings and obstacles facing the process. Digital transformation in universities from the point of view of professors and students, and we have reached the most important requirements necessary for the success of the digitization process in universities.
