Résumé: ملخص: تناولت الدراسة دور السياسات الزراعية في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي الجزائري ،هذا من خلال البحث في دور البرامج و المخططات الزراعية في النهوض بالبنية التحتية للقطاع الزراعي و تحقيق التنمية الفلاحية و الريفية و من ثم الامن الغذائي. وقد تم التركيز على مخططين أساسيين عرفتهما الجزائر في الفترة الممتدة من سنة 2000 إلى سنة 2014 ألا وهما (المخطط الوطني للتنمية الفلاحية والريفية ،سياسة التجديد الفلاحي والريفي). Abstract: The study examined the role of agricultural policies in achieving Algerian food security, through researching the role of agricultural programs and plans in promoting the infrastructure of the agricultural sector and achieving agricultural and rural development and then food security. Emphasis was placed on two basic plans known to Algeria during the period from 2000 to 2014, namely (the National Plan for Agricultural and Rural Development, and the Policy for Agricultural and Rural Renewal).
