Résumé: ملخص : ان التطور الكبير الذي عرفه المجال الرياضي بشتى مجالاته و بالخصوص تلك التي تتطلب قدرات عالية و مهارات خاصة قد تتوفر لدى فرد دون الآخر ساهم في انتقل الرياضة من مجرد هواية يمارسها عامة الناس إلى الاحترافية ، و لما كان مجال الحماية الاجتماعية المقررة بموجب قوانين الضمان الاجتماعي مرتبط بالحياة المهنة للفرد جعل من النشاط الرياضي الاحترافي ضرورة حتمية جديرة بالحماية . Abstract: The great development in the sports field in all its fields, especially those that require high capabilities and special skills that may be available to one individual without the other, contributed to the transfer of sport from a mere hobby practiced by the general public to professionalism, and since the field of social protection established under the social security laws is linked By the professional life of the individual it has made the Professional sports activity an imperative worth protecting.
