Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل أهمية السياسة الانفاقية في الجزائر نظرا لاحتلالها صدارة أدوات السياسات المالية بتشكيلها لمجال خصب يعتمد عليه في رسم أهداف السياسة الاقتصادية،كالرفع من معدل التشغيل، تحقيق معدل نمو اقتصادي مقبول، ضبط معدلات التضخم وتحقيق الاستقرار في المستوى العام للأسعار. خلصت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها أن ارتفاع أسعار المحروقات خلال الفترة (2000-2017) أعطى دفعا جديدا للسياسة الانفاقية في الجزائر، التي أصبحت توجهاتها توسعية تهدف إلى الرفع من حجم الإنفاق الحكومي بالاعتماد على سياسة التمويل بالعجز، وهو ما جسدته البرامج الاقتصادية المختلفة كبرنامج الإنعاش الاقتصادي، ومختلف برامج دعم النمو، والتي بموجبها أصبح للسياسة الانفاقية دورا كبيرا في التأثير على المتغيرات الاقتصادية وتحقيق أهداف السياسة الاقتصادية، وبالتالي تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي الكلي. Abstract : The study aims to analyzing the importance of the spending policy in Algeria because it occupies the top of the financial policy instruments by forming a fertile field in which to base the objectives of economic policy, such as increasing the rate of employment, achieving economic growth rate, controlling inflation and stabilizing the general level of prices. The study concluded that the high prices of hydrocarbons during the period (2000-2017) gave a new impetus to the spending policy in Algeria, which has become an expansionary trend aimed at raising the volume of government spending by relying on the deficit financing policy, and various growth support programs, under which the spending policy has a big role in influencing the economic variables and achieving the objectives of economic policy and macroeconomic stability.
