Résumé: The main reason of this study to investigate the effect of pressure of professional performance professor of physical education and sports to prepare his lesson. Using the descriptive approach that is suit this type of studies to achieve my thesis of research, which includes the role of management and overcrowded classrooms and lack of catalysts , sample of resarch includes all professors of physical education and sports in touggourt who limit exclusively comprehensive strength 20 professor permanent in office as we have adopted in this research on SPSS program the equation of Pearson to know the type and strength f relationship between pressure and performance, ze have concluded that there is an inverse relationship medium between them that is the less pressure increased performance and vice versa and in the light f these results proposed the following: the need to adopt a style democratic in the conduct of educational institutions, giving the share f physical education and sports its true significance in the private rooms allocated for it
