اثر مناخ العمل الأخلاقي في تعزيز الالتزام التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية "دباخ أحمد " المغير -بسكرة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر مناخ العمل الأخلاقي في تعزيز الالتزام التنظيمي في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية دباخ أحمد –المغير- بسكرة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي، وقد اعتمد الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات الأولية ، حيث تم توزيع 65 استمارة على موظفي المؤسسة العمومية العمومية للصحة الجوارية كعينة عشوائية ، وتم استرجاع 59 استمارة صالحة للتحليل . وبعد التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات من خلال برنامج SPSS، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى مناخ العمل الأخلاقي في المؤسسة العمومية العمومية للصحة الجوارية جاء بمستوى متوسط، كما أن مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي جاء متوسطا كذلك. كما أظهرت النتائج أن هناك أثرا ايجابيا لمناخ العمل الأخلاقي في تعزيز الالتزام التنظيمي في المؤسسة العمومية العمومية للصحة الجوارية محل الدراسة، حيث فسر متغير مناخ الاستقلال 31.5 % من التغيرات الحاصلة في الالتزام التنظيمي . This study aimed to identify the impact of the ethical work climate in enhancing organizational commitment in the public public institution of neighborhood health, Dabakh Ahmed - Al-Meghaier - Biskra. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used. The questionnaire was adopted as the main tool for collecting primary data, as 65 questionnaires were distributed to employees. The National Public Institution for Neighborhood Health was used as a random sample, and 59 valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis. After statistical analysis of the data through the SPSS program, the study concluded that the level of the ethical work climate in the public institution for neighborhood health was at an average level, and the level of organizational commitment was average. The results showed a positive impact of the ethical work climate in enhancing organizational commitment in the public institution for neighborhood health under study ,The independence climate variable explained 31.5% of the changes in organizational commitment.
