العلاقات المدنية-العسكرية في مصر بين تحدي إنهاء الوصاية العسكرية وإعادة إنتاج الحكم العسكري

Résumé: تركز الدراسة على المسائل المتعلقة بالدور السياسي للمؤسسة العسكرية وطبيعة علاقاتها بالمؤسسة المدنية في أعقاب عملية التحول الديمقراطي التي شهدتها المنطقة العربية، وخاصة بعد الحراك السياسي العربي الذي أحدث نقلة نوعية ومتميزة في بنية الأنظمة السياسية العربية التي تبنت المشروع الديمقراطي الذي يسعى إلى ترسيخ الديمقراطية من خلال سيطرة المؤسسة المدنية على الجيش ضمن بنية دستورية وقانونية ديمقراطية ، بالمقابل واجهت بعض تجارب ذلك التحول على غرار التجربة المصرية تحديات شائكة وصعبة في العلاقة بين المؤسستين المدنية والعسكرية مما أثر على بنية استقرار و النظام السياسي المصري داخليا وخارجيا. the study focuses on issues concerning the political role of the military institution and its relationship with the civil institution in the wake of democratization in the Arab region. this is especially after the Arab political movement . that brought about a qualitative leap in the structure of the Arab political systems which adopted the democratic project that aims to consolidate democracy through the control of the civil institution on the army within constitutional, legal and democratic structure. In return, some experiences of this transition,like the Egyptian one, faced difficult challenges in the relationship between the two institutions. consequently, it affected the stability of the Egyptian political system internally and externally.
