ضمانات حماية سرية المراسلات والاتصالات الهاتفية والالكترونية على الصعيدين الدولي و الوطني

Résumé: ملخص: يعتبر الحق في حماية المراسلات والاتصالات الهاتفية من الحقوق اللصيقة بالإنسان والتي لها قيمة قانونية، حيث يتمتع الفرد بحماية حياته الشخصية من أي اعتداء، فكل إنسان يتمتع بالحق في الحديث وعلى خصوصية مراسلاته واتصالاته. لذلك حرصت جميع المواثيق الدولية على النص على حماية الحياة الشخصية للإنسان والتأكيد على ضمان كفالتها، كما حرص المشرع الجزائري على كفالة الحق في حماية سرية المراسلات والاتصالات الخاصة بكل أشكالها. Abstract: The right to the protection of correspondence and telephone communications is a right that is inherent in the human person and of legal value. An individual enjoys the protection of his personal life from any abuse. Every human being has the right to speak and to the privacy of his correspondence and communications. That is why all international instruments provide for the protection of the human person's personal life and for ensuring that it is guaranteed, The Algerian Legislqtor guarantees the right to protect the confidentiality of communications and communications of all kinds.
