الحماية الدولية لحق الإنسان في العمل

Résumé: الملخّص إنَّ حق العمل هو حق دستوري وقانوني، فحق لكل مواطن أنْ يمارس عملاً دون تمييز. ويُعتبر حق العمل من الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، إذ وفّرت الدساتير لهذا الحق، الحماية اللازمة، ومن ثم انتقلتْ هذه الحماية إلى المجتمع الدولي من خلال الإعلانات والاتفاقيات والمنظمات الدولية؛ لما لهذا الحق من أهميةٍ كبيرةٍ على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي، فيجب على الدولة تهيئة فرص العمل للمواطنين كافة حتى يأمن العامل مادياً واقتصادياً، ويَشعُر بكرامةٍ وعزةٍ دون عناءٍ أو احتكارٍ أو تمييز. Abstract The right to work is a constitutional and legal right, so every citizen has the right to work without discrimination. The right to work is considered an economic and social right, as the constitutions provide this right with the necessary protection, and then this protection was transferred to the international community through declarations, conventions and international organizations. Because of this right of great importance at the national and international levels, the state must create job opportunities for all citizens so that the worker is financially and economically secure, and feels dignity and pride without difficulty, monopoly or discrimination.
