واقع إجرام المرأة في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: اﻟﻤﺠتمعات التي تتمكن الجريمة من نسائها، فهي مجتمعات تسقط فيها القيم والمثل العليا ولا مستقبل لتركيباتها البشرية، وهي بهذا الوصف إنما تُقدم مشاريع مستقبلية للإنحراف. فإذا كان الإجرام في بدايته مقتصرا على الرجال بصفة غالبة، والنساء استثناءً، إلا أن الجزائر وعلى غرار باقي دول العالم تشهد إنتشارا في إقبال النساء على سلوك طريق الإجرام بأطيافه، فبعدما كانت المرأة ضحية العنف والجريمة أصبحت حاليا ممارسة لهذه الأفعال غير المشروعة. Abstract: Societies whose women are empowered by crime are societies where values and ideals fall and there is no future for their human makeup. As such, they present future projects for delinquency. While crime was initially restricted to men in the majority, and women in exceptions, Algeria, like the rest of the world, was witnessing a widespread trend of women's involvement in criminal behaviour on its own, since women were victims of violence and crime, they were now the perpetrators of such illegal acts.
