العوامل المساهمة في نجاح العملية التعليمية في ظل بيداغوجيا المقاربة بالكفاءات

Résumé: تسعى المنظومة التربوية بكل السبل والوسائل إلى إنجاح العملية التعليمية وتطويرها، وذلك في ظل العديد من المناهج والطرق التعليمية منها بيداغوجيا المقاربة بالكفاءات التي شهدت معها العملية التعليمية قفزة نوعية، فكان أثرها على التعليم جليا، وقد حاولنا في هذه الورقة البحثية معرفة عوامل نجاح العملية التعليمية في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات مبرزين أهمية كل عامل منها في النهوض بالعملية التعليمية وازدهارها. الكلمات المفتاحية: العملية التعليمية، بيداغوجيا، المقاربة، الكفاءة، المقاربة بالكفاءات. Abstract: The educational system seeks, by all means, to ensure the success and development of the educational process in light of many educational curricula and methods. Among them is the pedagogy of the competency approach where the educational process witnessed a qualitative leap and its impact on education was clear. In this research paper, we have tried to identify the factors for the success of the educational process in light of the competency approach, highlighting the importance of each factor in advancing the educational process and its prosperity.
