دور الآليات الدولية العالمية المؤسساتية في تعزيز حماية حقوق الإنسان _ منظمة الأمم المتحدة نموذجا_

Résumé: إن تكريس مضمون إتفاقيات حقوق الإنسان وحرياته الأساسية يقتضي فرض آليات إشراف وتعزيز ورقابة مدى تنفيذ تلك الحقوق ، فعلى المستوى الدولي العالمي وفي ظل ميثاق الأمم المتحدة ،زود نظام حقوق الإنسان بآليات تضمن عملية الإشراف والرقابة على مدى إلتزام الدول الأعضاء في المنظمة بمضامين إتفاقيات حقوق الإنسان ، ونلمس ذلك من خلال الأجهزة الرئيسية والفرعية للمنظمة ،بالإضافة للوكالات الدولية المتخصصة.. : The content of human rights conventions and its fundamental freedoms being dedicated; requires imposing mechanisms to supervise, promote and control the extent to which these rights are implemented. At the global international level, and in light of the Charter of the United Nations Organization, the human rights system has been provided with mechanisms that guarantee the process of supervision and control over the extent to which member states of the organization adhere to the contents of human rights conventions. We can see this through the .organization’s main and subsidiary bodies, in addition to the specialized international agencies.
