تقييم الإستراتيجيات الدولية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في إفريقيا - مجموعة البنك الدولي نموذجا-

Résumé: تعتبر مجموعة البنك الدولي أحد أكبر مصادر التمويل الدولي متعدد الأطراف، والتي تسهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وتساعد على التخفيف من حدة الفقر خاصة في البلدان منخفضة الدخل. إلا أن القروض والمنح التي تقدمها المجموعة إلى منطقة إفريقيا جنوب الصحراء باعتبارها أشد مناطق العالم فقرا وأكثرها تخلفا وأقلها دخلا تعتبر غير كافية، وهو ما ساهم في تخلف المنطقة على الوفاء بتحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية. كما أن هناك العديد من أوجه القصور في سياسات عمل مجموعة البنك الدولي وهو ما يستدعي العمل على إقامة نظام مالي عالمي بديل متوازن ومنصف للجميع. The World Bank Group is considered as one of the most important sources of the multilateral international finance which contribute to the achievement of sustainable development and help alleviate poverty, particularly in low income countries. However, the loans and grants provided by the group to sub-Saharan Africa as the poorest regions of the world, the most backward and the least income is not sufficient, that's what participate in the underdevelopment of the region to meet the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals. There are also many of the shortcomings in the work policies of the World Bank Group, which summon for work on the establishment of an alternative global financial system balanced and equitable for all.
