مستوى الطموح وعلاقته بكل من الدافعية للتعلم والمناخ الجامعي
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى كشف عن مستوى الطموح لدى الطلبة وعلاقته بكل من الدافعية للتعلم والمناخ الجامعي لدى عينة من الطلبة بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة ورقلة. وكذا التعرف على الفروق بين الذكور والإناث في كل من مستوى الطموح و الدافعية للتعلم والمناخ الجامعي لدى الطلبة بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة ورقلة. وتم الحصول على العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة والمكونة من (40) طالب وطالبة من كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح بور قلة وقمنا باستخدام مقياس مستوى الطموح ،الدافعية للتعلم ، المناخ الجامعي" واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي وبعدها تمت المعالجة ببرنامج spss توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: _ لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الطموح والدافعية للتعلم لدى الطلاب الجامعيين بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة ورقلة _ لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الطموح والمناخ الجامعي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة ورقلة والتخصص_ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الطموح بين الطلاب الجامعيين بكلية علوم الإنسانية واجتماعية بجامعة ورقلة تعزى لمتغير الجنس This study aims at exploring the level of student ambition and to unveil its relation to the learning motivation and the university climate in a sample of students from the faculty of human and social science – Ouargla university. Fur ther more, to know the differences between male and female in ambition, learning motivation and university environment. The sample is taken by the simple random method ; fourty students (males and females) from the faculty of social and human sciences and taking measurements of ambition, learning motivation and university environment by using the explorative descriptive approach then the proceeding the spss software. The results : • There is no statistical relation in the learning motivation and the level of ambition among students. • there is no statistical relation in university environment and the level of ambition among students. • there is no difference in the level of ambition among students resulting from the changes of sex or speciality. • there is no difference in learning motivation resulting from the changes of sex or speciality.
