اصطحاب الأطفال الى المساجد : دراسة فقهية مقاصدية
Résumé: "هذه المذكرة موسومة بــ: ""اصطحاب الأطفال إلى المساجد- دراسة فقهية مقاصدية""، كان الإشكال الرئيس الذي سَعَتْ إلى الإجابة عنه هو: ما هو رأي الفقه الإسلامي في إحضار الأطفال إلى المساجد؟ أجابت الدراسة عن ذلك من خلال ثلاثة مباحث: خَصَّصَتِ المبحث التّمهيدي منها لبيان حقيقة الطفل والمسجد في الفقه الإسلامي وبيان علاقة الأول بالثاني، وعُنِيَتْ في المبحث الأول بحكم اصطحاب الأطفال إلى المساجد في الفقه الإسلامي وفتاوى ومسائل تتعلق بذلك، ووَقَفَتْ في المبحث الثاني على أهم المقاصد الشرعية المتحقِّقة من خلال اصطحابهم إليها. وقد توصلتْ إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أنّه يجوز إحضار الأطفال إلى المساجد ما لم يصدر منهم تشويش خارج عن السيطرة يؤذي المصلين. كما أوصت الدراسة القائمين على شؤون المساجد بضرورة نشر الوعي الديني في صفوف المصلين ورواد المساجد؛ كي يؤدي المسلمون صلاتهم في خشوع، ومنعًا للفرقة والاختلاف بينهم. " " This research is to answer the question: What is the view of Islamic jurisprudence on taking children to mosques? The first section was devoted to the statement of the child and the mosque in the Islamic jurisprudence. The second section was on the most important legitimate purposes achieved by taking them to mosques. I concluded that taking the children to mosques is allowed unless they make noise. "
