التحول نحو استخدام تطبيقات الصحة الرقمية المستجدة كآلية لمواجهة فيروس كورونا (covid-19): عرض تجربة دولتي الصين وكوريا الجنوبية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التحول نحو استخدام تطبيقات الصحة الرقمية المستجدة كآلية لمواجهة تداعيات فيروس كورونا (covid-19)، في ظل تضرر قطاع الصحة العمومية وارتفاع عدد الإصابات وضرورة التحول الرقمي في مجال الرعاية الصحية. لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم التركيز على عرض تجربة دولتي الصين وكوريا الجنوبية وجهود منظمة الصحة العالمية في مجال تطبيقات الصحة الرقمية المستجدة: الذكاء الاصطناعي، البيانات الضخمة، الطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد، الملف الطبي الرقمي، كآليات رقمية للتخفيف من تفشي الفيروس وحصر مجال انتشاره. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن استخدام تطبيقات الصحة الرقمية على المستوى العالمي وخصوصا في الصين وكوريا الجنوبية وتوجهات منظمة الصحة العالمية عزز من كفاءة خدمات الرعاية الصحية ومواجهة فيروس كورنا (covid-19). This study aims at showing the role of the shift towards using emerging digital health applications as a mechanism to face corona virus (covid-19). In the light of vulnerability of the public health section and the increase of the infectious number and the necessity of the digital transformation in the field the health care. To achieve the objective of the study the emphasis is put on presenting the experiment of the two states of china and South Korea and the efforts of the international health organization in the field of the emerging digital health applications, the artificial intelligence, big data, 3D printing, the digital medical file as digital mechanisms to mitigate the spread of the virus and limit its area of proliferation. This study is concluded to use digital health applications on the international level especially china and South Korea and the orientations of the international health organization that enriched from the efficiency of the health care services and in facing corona virus.
