التنظيم القانوني للعقود النموذجية في قانون التجارة الدولية- بالتطبيق على قواعد اليونيدروا-

Résumé: إن قانون التجارة الدولية يهدف في جانب منه إلى توحيد القواعد الموضوعية للعلاقة القانونية ولما كان هذا التوحيد هو الهدف الأمثل للتجارة الدولية فإن من أهم صوره وجود قواعد موحدة للتعاقد تتبعها مختلف الدول في معاملاتها، ولذلك تتجه المعاملات التجارية الدولية إلى خلق الشكل النموذجي للعقد، وعليه فإن العقد الدولي كما قد يكون عقدا يتضمن صيغة معينة لنوع من الشروط العامة أو يشير إلى هذه الصيغة فإنه قد يتمثل في عقد من العقود النموذجية. The International Trade Law aims, in part, to unify the substantive rules of the legal relationship and since this is the ideal objective of international trade, the most important of which is the existence of uniform rules of contract to be followed by different States in their transactions. Therefore, international trade transactions tend to create the model of the International Decade. Thus, an international contract may also be a contract that contains a particular formula for a type of general condition or refers to this formula, which may be a contract of model contracts
