Résumé: In today's world, organizational values are considered one of the most important organizational variables, which is the reason that it has caught the interest of many researchers and company officials. This subject supports any type of rationalization from directing to rationalizing organizational or human behavior inside the company. Therefor our study aimed to unify the impact of organizational values in their dimensions (administration management, task management, Human Relations management, environment management) in the organizational commitment of individuals working in Sonelgaz Laghouat, Algeria. As a way to test the validity of our hypotheses, we designed a questionnaire that included statements covering all aspects of the study, and distributed it to a sample of 65 workers. Statistical software called "Spss24" was used to verify the study hypotheses using the following statistical methods: Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Variation coefficient, correlation coefficients, Multiple linear regression analysis. And the most significant results that were achieved by this study that there is a an impact in two dimensions of the dimensions of organizational values ( task management, environment management) in the organizational commitment of the employees of sonalgaz foundation, the change in commitment is due to the effect of the dimensions of the studied organizational values with 46.20 % , There are no statistically significant differences for the organizational commitment of individuals working in Sonelgaz foundation. It is attributed to the personal and functional variables of each of sex, age, educational level, occupational level, years of service and morale level α ≤ 0,05 Key words: organizational values, administration management , task management, Human Relations management, environment management, the organizational commitment, Sonelgaz foundation
