التدخين بوابة الإدمان

Résumé: إن المخدرات آفة تنخر بالفرد و المجتمع و قد أصبحت خطرا حقيقيا يهدد سلامة و أمن المجتمعات وتنذر بالانهيار، ولقد أثبتت عدة بحوث ودراسات العلمية أن المخدرات تشل إرادة الفرد و لها عدة آثار سلبية على شخصيته و عقله و جسده ، وتدفعه إلى ارتكاب الجرائم و عرفت هذه الآفه تزايدا كبيرا في السنوات الأخيرة حتى أنها ضربت بالمؤسسات التعليمية حتى في أوساط التلاميذ ،حتى أصبح تعاطي المخدرات وإدمانها وترويجها مصيبة كبرى ابتلى بها المجتمع، لها لا بد من البحث عن الأسباب المؤدية لها و من أكثر الأسباب التي أثارت إنتباهها هي ظاهرة التدخين التي لا تميز بين كبير و صغير ولا مثقف و لا غني و فقير فالكل قد يكون يدخن رغم وعيه بأضراره و خطورته على الصحة النفسية و الجسدية و في هذه الدراسة الميدانية سنحاول التعرف على علاقة التدخين بالمخدرات هل حقا يعتبر التدخين بوابة للمخدرات ومسهلا لولوج عالم الإدمان خاصة على فئة المتمدرسين الصغار أم أن هناك عوامل أخرى مساهمة لإدمان الأطفال الصغار خاصة لما يرجع للحياة النفسية والاجتماعية وتلبية متطلبات نموه للطفل الصغير الذي قد يعتبر نكوصا يعيده الى مرحلة عمرية معينة وهي مرحلة الرضاعة والفطام و عدم الإشباع العاطفي قد يجعله يعوض ذلك من خلال وضع السيجارة في الفم وهذا تعويضا عن ثدي الأم مما يجعله يقبل على التدخين في مراحل عمرية مبكرة وتعد عملية التدخين جسرا مسهلا لدخول لبوابة المخدرات و الإدمان . ومن خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية تنبؤية معمقة لحالة وحيدة المتمثلة في عينة قصدية وهو طفل متمدرس كان يبلغ من العمر 13 سنة و دامت الدراسة سنة كاملة كان فيها تتبع للحالة و بالاعتماد على المنهج التنبؤي وعلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و باستخدام اداة الدراسة و هي الملاحظة العلمية و دراسة حالة ولقد توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية وهي تحقق الفرضية المتمثلة في ان هناك علاقة عميقة بين التدخين و المخدرات حيث بدأت الحالة بالتدخين ليصل إلى تعاطي المخدرات والإدمان عليها  : The drug has become a real threat to the safety and security of communities and threatens to collapse, several researches and scientific studies have proved that drugs destroy the will of the individual and have negative effects on his personality ,mind and body which lead him to commit crimes. The drugs abuse has increased dramatically in recent years ,so that it hit the educational institutions even among the students, so that drug abuse, addiction and promotion became a major calamity for society, and to address it , it is neccessary to look for the causes leading to it and one of the most interesting reasons is the phenomenon of smoking, which does not distinguish between old , small ,not educated, rich and poor .All may be smoking despite the awareness of the damage and seriousness of mental health and physical . In this field study, we will try to identify the relationship between smoking and drugs. Is smoking really a gateway to drugs and facilitate the access to the world of addiction, especially on the category of young learners or whether there are other factors contributing to the addiction of young children, especially because of the psychological and social life and meet the requirements of development of the young child, which may be considered a setback to a certain age stage, namely lactaion (the stage of breastfeeding) weaning and lack of emotional satisfaction. This may be compensated by putting the cigarette in the mouth. This is a compensation for the mother’s breast, Which makes it acceptable to smoke at an early age .The process of smoking is a bridge to facilitate the entrance to the drug and addiction portal. In the context of an in-depth field study of a single case of an intentional sample, a 13-year-old school child, we spent the whole year studying the situation and relying on the predictive approach and the analytical descriptive method using the study tool. The study has reached the following results ; the realization of the hypothesis that there is a deep relationship between smoking and drugs, where the situation began by smoking to the use of drugs and addiction.
