Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لعرض واقع قطاع الوقف في الجزائر وكذا توضيح معيقات تطويره وتفعيل دوره، وتحاول هذه الدراسة التعريف بالصناديق الوقفية وأهدافها لإبراز الدور الفعال الذي تلعبه في تحقيق الدور التنموي للوقف ، وخلص البحث إلى أن هيكلة الوقف في الجزائر في شكل صندوق أو صناديق وقفية سوف يساهم بشكل كبير في تطويره و تنظيمه ،وتلافي المعيقات التي يواجهها قطاع الوقف في الجزائر . Abstract this study aims to display reality of the waqf sector in Algeria and clarify the Obstacles to its development , This study includes a definition of waqf funds and its objectives for display their Effective role for achieving role of waqf in the development, the research concluded to the restructuring waqf in the waqf funds will contribute to development waqf and organized in algeria.
