التعليل عند الأصوليين وأثره في الأحكام الشرعية : دراسة إسلامية أصولية .

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على التعليل عند الأصوليين وأثره في الأحكام الشرعية : دراسة إسلامية أصولية" واستعرضت بداية مقدمة احتوت على أهمية الموضوع وأهدافه ،وطرح الإشكالية،كما تطرقت إلى مفهوم ومصطلحات القواعد والضوابط كمفهوم قاعدة التعليل عند الأصوليين وعند علماء اللغة ، ،كما بينت اختلاف الأصوليين في مبدأ التعليل ووضحت أثر هذا التعليل الأصولي في الأحكام الشرعية ومن ذلك نماذج تطبيقية لتعليل الأحكام الشرعية، تعليل العبادات، والمعاملات ،ثم ختمتها بأهم النتائج. الكلمات المفتاحية: التعليل؛الأصول ؛ أثر؛الأحكام ؛الشرعية؛ Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the reasoning of the fundamentalists and its effect on the legal rulings: a fundamentalist Islamic study. It reviewed the beginning of an introduction that contained the importance of the topic and its objectives, and posed the problem. The fundamentalists in the principle of reasoning and explained the effect of this fundamentalist reasoning on the legal rulings, including applied models to explain the legal rulings, the explanations of worship, and transactions, then concluded with the most important results.
