دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيز أداء القطاع المصرفي الجزائري: الدوافع والتحديات

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التكنولوجيا المالية كآلية لتعزيز أداء القطاع المصرفي الجزائري، من خلال تحديد دوافع وتحديات تبني التقنيات المالية الرقمية في هذا القطاع. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ضعف مستوى أداء القطاع المصرفي من منظور توسيع الشمول المالي في الجزائر، وهو ما يمثل دافعا أساسيا لتبنى تقنيات التكنولوجيا المالية، لكن ذلك متوقف على النجاح في تجاوز عدة عوائق. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة الاستفادة من تجارب الدول العربية فيإنشاء المختبرات التنظيمية المخصصة لاختبار الخدمات الرقمية، تشجيع الإقبال على أدوات الدفع الالكتروني، ووضع إطار قانوني يسمح بإنشاء شراكة بين شركات التكنولوجيا المالية والبنوك الجزائرية. This study aims to highlight the role of financial technology as a mechanism to enhance the performance of the Algerian banking sector, by identifying the drivers and challenges of digital financial technologies in this sector. The study revealed that the banking sector performance is weak regarding the expansion of financial inclusion in Algeria. This represents a major motive for the adoption of financial technology. But this depends on the success of overcoming several obstacles. The study recommends the need to benefit from the experiences of Arab countries to establish regulatory laboratories involved in testing digital services, encouraging electronic payment and developing a legal framework that would allow for a partnership between financial technology companies and Algerian banks.
