Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مفهوم السوابق واللواحق في اللغة العربية وعلاقتهما بالمعنى والوقوف على الوظائف الصرفية والدلالية التي يؤديانها من خلال وضعهما وتركيبهما في الأسماء والأفعال سواء كانت متصلة بها أو منفصلة عنها،اتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لرصد هذه الظاهرة ومعالجتها ثم استخلاص النتائج. The study aims to reveal the concept of Antecedents and suffixes and their relationship to meaning and stand on the morphological phonemic and semantic functions that perform through itsplacement and it’s constructing them in Nouns and verbs .whether were connected with them or separated, The two researchers adopted the descriptive method to observe this phenomenon and find out thetreatment. Then the main findings.
