أهمية تطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين جودة التدقيق الخارجي دراسة حالة شركة (deloitte)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تحديد مختلف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي المعتمدة في مهنة التدقيق، متخذة من المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي وفق الحالات الواردة في تقارير وبيانات شركة (Deloitte)؛ لشرح كيفية استخدم هذه التقنيات، بغرض تحسين وتطوير جودة مهنة التدقيق و مواكبة التحولات الجذرية التي يشهدها الاقتصاد العالمي والتطور التكنولوجي والرقمي. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي المتمثلة في التعلم الآلي والعميق، تحليل البيانات الضخمة، النظم الخبيرة، ساهمت بشكل كبير وملحوظ في تطوير وتحسين جودة خدمات التدقيق، وهذا من خلال دراستنا لشركة (Deloitte) التي ركزت على التطبيقات الرقمية التي تقدمها لعملائه على غرار تطبيق "Sonar "،"ARGUS"،"SIGNAL"،"GRAPA""OPTIX"،"REPORTWIZAR"، مما ساهم في تسهيل عملية التدقيق من حيث الدقة والشمول والكفاءة ، والعمل على إضفاء الصدق والشرعية في القوائم المالية وتضمن جودة مخرجات عملية التدقيق والتي بدورها تساعد صانعي القرار باتخاذ القرارات اللازمة. This study aims to identify the various AI technologies adopted in the audit profession, taking the descriptive and analytical curriculum according to the cases contained in Deloitte's reports and data; To explain how these technologies are used, in order to improve and develop the quality of the audit profession and to keep pace with the radical transformations of the global economy and technological and digital development. One of the most important findings of the study was that the AI techniques of machine and deep learning, big data analysis, expert systems, etc., contributed significantly and noticeably to the development and improvement of the quality of audit services, this is through our study of a company (Deloitte) which focused on the digital applications it offers to its customers similar to "SONAR", "ARGUS", "SIGNAL", "GRAPA" "OPTIX" and "REPORTING", which contributed to facilitating the audit process in terms of accuracy, inclusiveness and efficiency, and in turn helping to make the necessary decisions honest.
