واقع تأثير اللجوء البيئي على التنمية المستدامة من منظور الامن الإنساني.

Résumé: الملخص: تعد ظاهرة اللجوء البيئي من الظواهر التي يعاني منها العالم خاصة في ظل غياب نص دولي الذي ينظم سلوك تنقل اللاجئ البيئي لحماية حياتهم و أسرهم من الظواهر البيئية التي تأثر على حياتهم. حيث ستمكننا هذه الدراسة من البحث في حقوق هذه الفئة المتضررة، و القوانين الواجب تطبيقها، لحين صياغة نص قانوني دولي يحمي اللاجئين البيئيين من التهديدات البيئية، لحين ذلك يظل اللاجئ في حالة من التأثير و التفاعل مع البيئة و البيئة التي يلجأ اليها في حالة عدم احترام قوادين الدولة المضيفة و عدم احترام القواعد الأخلاقية المعمول بها. كلمات مفتاحية: اللجوء، اللاجئ البيئي، البيئة، الامن الانساني، حق اللجوء. Abstract: The phenomenon of environmental asylum is one of the phenomena that the world suffers from, especially in the absence of an international legal text that regulates this behavior, on which refuges rely to protect their lives and their families from environmental phenomena that affect their lives.
