Moodle دور التعليم الالكتروني عبر منصة في تحسين الأداء التدريسي (دراسة ميدانية لعينة من أساتذة كلية علوم اقتصادية وعلوم تجارية وعلوم التسيير جامعة ورقلة لسنة 2024)
Résumé: This study aims to reveal the role of e-learning via the Moodle platform in improving the university teaching performance of a sample of professors of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at the University of Ouargla for the year 2024. It began by asking the extent of the impact of e-learning via the Moodle platform in improving the teaching performance of the sample members. To verify this, we relied on the descriptive analytical method, and used a questionnaire with a validity coefficient of (0.936) on a random sample of (50 professoالتعليم الإلكتروني Moodlers) who have an account on the Moodle platform. The results were analyzed using the SPSS program. The study found that: The level of adoption of e-learning via the Moodle platform among sample members in general was high, while the reality of teaching performance was average. It also showed that there is a positive statistically significant relationship between the two variables
