ممارسات العدالة التنظيمية في المؤسسات الجزائرية دراسة حالة: بمديرية الشؤون الاجتماعية لمؤسسة سوناطراك (sonatrach) –بسكرة-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف واقع ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية بأبعادها المختلفة في المؤسسات الجزائرية (مديرية الشؤون الاجتماعية لمؤسسة سوناطراك بسكرة ،و توصلت هذه الدراسة بعد التحليل الإحصائي إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: وجود العدالة التنظيمية بأبعادها المختلفة بمستوى متوسط في مديرية الشؤون الاجتماعية مؤسسة سوناطراك بسكرة، كما بينت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مستوى العدالة التنظيمية الممارسة في المديرية تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية . وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل برامج تديربية للموظفين للتأقلم والتكيف مع بيئة العمل المادية أو البشرية . This study aims to explore the reality of the practice of organizational justice in its various dimensions in Algerian institutions (Sonatrach Directorate Biskra), this study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the presence of organizational justice in its various dimensions at an average level in the Directorate of Social,It also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample members about the level of organizational justice practiced in the directorate due to personal and occupational variables.The study recommends the necessity of activating training programs for employees adapt to the physical or human work environment. .
