دور الأنتربول في مكافحة الاتجار غير المشروع بالمخدرات و المؤثرات العقلية

Résumé: يعــدّ الاتجار غيــر المشروع بالمخـدرات والمؤثرات العقلية من أخطر الجرائم المنظمة التي تواجه المجتمع الدولي سيما وأن مرتكبيها يعتمدون أساليب مختلفة ومعقدة ، تتطـوَّر باستمرار لتواكب التقنيات الحديثة والأجهزة التي تبتكرها الدول للكشف عنها، مما يجعل الصراع مستمرا بين عصابات الجريمة المنظَّمة وبين مختلف مصالح الأمن المختصة.لهذا عمد المجتمع الدولي إلى اعتماد عدة آليات من أجل مكافحة هــــذه الظاهــــــرة الخطيرة و تطــــويق تداعياتها . و تعد المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية " الانتربول " من بين الآليات التي تعمل على مكافحة هذه الظاهرة . التي أخذت بعدا دوليا، و هذا ما نتناوله في هذا الموضوع . The illegal drugs and psychotropic trad is considered among the most dangerous organized crimes, that the international community faces ,especially that the perpetrators, that develop continuously to adapt to the new techniques and devices created by countries in order to discover them .This make the struggle continuous ,between the organized criminal groups and the different special security services . For these reasons , the international community adopted , several mechanisms, In order to fight against this dangerous phenomenon and to enclose its consequence The International Criminal Police Organization «INTERPOL” is among the devices working on the struggle against this phenomenon that has reached an international scope and this exactly , the subject of this study.
