Résumé: نظرا للأثر الذي يلعبه دخول وخروج التدفقات المالية في أي اقتصاد كان بشكل عام، فقد ارتأينا أن نقوم من خلال هذا البحث بتحليل ذلك الأثر على قطاع الخدمات السياحية بشكل خاص في دول شمال إفريقيا، والهدف من هذا البحث هو تحليل واقع الخدمات السياحية بمنطقة شمال إفريقيا وذلك اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي للمعطيات بعرض بياناتها الإحصائية ثم تحليلها اقتصاديا. وتحصلنا من خلاله على عدة نتائج منها:  أن أهم التدفقات المالية الداخلة إلى دول شمال إفريقيا تأخذ شكل استثمارات أجنبية مباشرة.  السياحة في شمال إفريقيا لم تلقى الاهتمام الذي تستحقه كقطاع اقتصادي بديل. Abstract: In view of the impact of the entry and exit of financial flows in any economy, we considered that through this research we analyze this impact on the tourism services sector in North Africa. The objective of this research is to analyze the reality of tourist services in North Africa, Of data by presenting statistical data and then analyzing them economically. And we get through it several results, including:  The most important financial flows into North African countries take the form of FDI.  Tourism in North Africa has not received the attention it deserves as an alternative economic sector.
