دور المعارضة البرلمانية في تفعيل آليات الرقابة على أعمال السلطة التنفيذية

Résumé: الملخص: جاء التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016،المدعم بالتعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 بالعديد من الصور الجديدة للرقابة على أعمال السلطة التنفيذية لعل أهمها رقابة المعارضة البرلمانية التي كانت موجودة من زمن ولكن تم تفعيل أو إعادة هيكلة حقوقها ودورها في الرقابة على أعمال السلطة التنفيذية. تحظى المعارضة بمكانة هامة،في كل الأنظمة الديمقراطية،التي تقوم على مبدأ التداول السلمي على السلطة،باعتبارها مرشحة للوصول إلى سدة الحكم لإدارة السياسية العامة للدولة،ومن هذا المنطلق تعطى لها حقوق تمكنها من إيصال صوتها للهيئة الناخبة ونقد سياسة الأغلبية الحاكمة ومراقبتها،وطرح بديل لها. الكلمات المفتاحية:المعارضة البرلمانية،دور المعارضة البرلمانية،الرقابة،أعمال السلطة التنفيذية Abstract: The constitutional amendment of 2016, supported by the constitutional amendment of 2020, came with many new forms of monitoring the work of the executive authority, perhaps the most important of which is the parliamentary opposition’s control that has existed for a long time, but its rights and role in monitoring the activities of the executive authority have been activated or restructured. The opposition enjoys an important place in all democratic systems, which are based on the principle of peaceful rotation of power, as it is a candidate to gain power to manage the general policy of the state, and from this standpoint it is given rights that enable it to convey its voice to the electoral body and criticize and monitor the policy of the ruling majority, and to propose an alternative to her.
