دور أخلاقيات التسويق الأخضر في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مجمع Bifa(soaltubi &conbimed)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور أخلاقيات التسويق الأخضر بأبعاده في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمؤسسة BIFA حيث قمنا بتوزيع استبيان على فئة الإطارات، الإداريين، التقنيين وبعد تحليل الإجابات واختبار الفرضيات توصلنا إلى وجود دور معنوي لأخلاقيات التسويق الأخضر بأبعاده(المنتج الأخضر، التسعير الأخضر، الإعلان الأخضر، التوزيع الأخضر) في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة عند مستوى دلالة α=0.05 مع ضرورة اهتمام المؤسسة أكثر بنشر ثقافة المسؤولية الاجتماعية بين عامليها مع ضرورة الالتزام بموضوع الأخلاقيات وأخذه بعين الاعتبار في كافة الممارسات التسويقية. This study aims to clarify the role of the ethics of green marketing and these dimensions to improve the social responsibility of BIFA group. To do this we developed a questionnaire that was distributed at the level of the category cadres, administrators, technician, and after having recovered it we began the analysis of the answers and tested the hypotheses, or we could prove the existence of a significant role of the ethics of green marketing and these dimensions (green product, green price, green advertising, green distribution) to the improvement of the social responsibility of the company studied BIFA group, the latter which must spread the culture of the social responsibility among its employees and integrated it as a dimension of its organizational culture.
