Résumé: ملخص البحث وإشكاليته: لقد بذل شراح صحيح البخاري على اختلاف مذاهبهم وتنوع مشاربهم جهودا عظيمة في شرح أحاديث البخاري، وكانت قراءتهم متفاوتة كما ونوعا، وكان جمهور الشراح قد وجه أكثر عنايته إلى المسائل الشرعية والأحكام العملية، والفوائد المستخلصة من توجيها وإرشاداته، ويكاد يكون هذا الشيء الجامع بين جميع شراح البخاري. غير أن عناية لفيف من الشراح بالقضايا اللغوية والمسائل النحوية في أحاديث البخاري أثناء الشرح والتحليل لم يكن على مقدار واحد فكان منهم المقلون ومنهم المكثرون. ويعد الإمام "بدر الدين العيني" في كتابه "عمدة القارئ شرح صحيح البخاري" من الشراح الذين إنفردوا بقراءة نحوية وتحليل لغوي لأحاديث البخاري، في مادة غزيرة مستثمرا في ذلك ثقافته النحوية الواسعة، ولم يكتف باستنباط الأحكام الشرعية فقط. حيث أحاط الخطاب النبوي بتحليل نحوي كثيف يغري الباحثين في الكشف عن عناية العيني بالاحتجاج بالحديث النبوي على القضايا النحوية بعد أن أعرض عنه جمهور النحاة. الكلمات المفتاحية : الاحتجاج النحوي - الحديث الشريف - بدر الدين العيني . الملخص بالإنجليزية: The narrators of Saheeh al-Bukhaari have made great efforts to explain the hadiths of al-Bukhaari, and their reading has varied in quantity and quality. The majority of the narrators have directed more attention to the legitimate matters and the practical provisions and the benefits derived from the Bukhari’s guidance. However, the care of a number of commentators on the linguistic grammatical issues in the hadiths of al-Bukhaari during the explanation and analysis was not on a single scale. Imam Badr al-Din al-Aini in his book "Omdat Al KarieSharhSaheeh al-Bukhari" distinguishedhimself the narratorswhowere unique in reading the grammatical and linguisticanalysis of the hadiths of al-Bukhari, in a richmaterial, investing in thisvast grammatical culture wherehedealtwith the Prophet's speech withheavygrammaranalysisthat encourages researchers to reveal Al Eini’s care in protesting the Prophet's Hadith on grammatical issues afteritwaspresented by the audience of grammarians.
