الالتزام بالتأمين على حوادث العمل "بين اتفاقيات منظمة العمل الدولية والتشريع الجزائري" Commitment To Insurance For Work Accidents "between Ilo Conventions And Algerian Legislation"

Résumé: يبقى العامل دائما عرضة لأخطار حوادث العمل، الشيء الذي يؤدي به إلى الانقطاع عن عمله لمرحلة زمنية يمكن أن تطول أو تقصر، وحتى في حالات أخرى يمكن أن تؤدي إلى وفاته. الشيء الذي يعود سلبا على العامل وأفراد أسرته، مع العلم انه لا يتقاضى أجرا خلال هذه الفترة وفقا لمبدأ لا اجر بدون عمل. إن هذا الأمر استدعى تدخل الاتفاقيات الدولية والتشريعات المعنية بالضمان الاجتماعي لدرء حالة البؤس والعوز التي يمكن أن تصيب العامل وأفراد أسرته في هذا الوقت بالذات. هذه القواعد التي يوجد منها ما أصدرته منظمة العمل الدولية، باعتبارها المنظمة الأساسية التي تعنى بحقوق العمال. ومنها ما ورد ضمن التشريعات الداخلية للدول في إطار تفصيلي أكثر من الأول. Or had been received within the domestic legislation of the States within the framework of more detailed than the first. All of this raises the question of the nature of the objective of social protection for workers injured accident work and agreements contained in the framework of international law to work . In addition to knowing the extent of the application of the Algerian legislature ( as a model ) for such protection within the texts of the domestic laws relevant .
