نموذج بنائي للقيادة التحويلية بالجامعة الجزائرية دراسة حالة لعينة من الطلبة بجامعة أم البواقي وجامعة سطيف A Structural Model For Transformational Leadership In The Algerian University. A Case Study For A Sample Of Students In Oum El Bouaghi And Setif University

Résumé: اهتمت الدراسة بتقديم نمط القيادة التحويلية كأحد أهم الأنماط القيادية والذي يمكن أن يمارس أيضا من طرف الأساتذة بالجامعات الجزائرية، وبناء نموذج يحاكي الواقع وفق طريقة المعادلات البنائية، للكشف عن مدى توفر الأساتذة الجامعيين لسمات هذا النمط وقدرته على إحداث التغيير على مستوى ثقافتهم، توجهاتهم وكذلك أخلاقهم، وقد جرت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 400 طالب. أظهرت النتائج أن سمة واحدة من أصل أربعة قادرة على إحداث التغيير بهم وهي الإثارة الفكرية. The study focused on presenting transformational leadership as one of the most important leadership types that can also be adopted by Algerian university professors. And building a model that simulates reality according to the structural equations method, To explore to what extent the characteristics of this type appear among university professors, and to what extent this type is able to bring change in their culture, tendencies, and ethics; the study included a sample of 400 students. The results have shown that only one trait among four (intellectual stimulation) can make change among them.
