Résumé: تسلط هذه الورقة البحثية الضوء على السياسة الجنائية للمشرع الجزائري في مكافحة جريمة الزنا، حيث تناولت تحليل النصوص القانونية المتضمة مسألة تجريم الزنا والعقاب عليه وتحليل النصوص المتعلقة بكيفية المتابعة الجزائية وكيفية إنهائها وكذا الطرق المحددة حصرا لإثباتها. This research paper sheds light on the criminal policy of the Algerian legislator in combating the crime of adultery. It dealt with analysis of the legal texts that include the issue of criminalizing adultery and its punishment, and analyzing texts related to how criminal follow-up and how to put an end to it, as well as the specific methods to prove it.
