Résumé: This study aimed to know the attitudes of the workers and employees of the Sonelgaz Corporation, the tidal unit, about the impact of social responsibility accounting on the management of human resources. The sample and data analysis were based on descriptive statistical analysis, analysis of variance and regression, analysis of variance ANOVA and the kRUSKAL WALLIS test. One of the most important results was the existence of a statistically significant relationship of human resource management practices on social responsibility. The study reached many recommendations, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to the human resource, Ensuring that the organization’s human resources department performs its functions in accordance with the goals that achieve the interest of the worker and the organization, increasing interest in social responsibility and working to strengthen it among subordinates and workers, instilling a love of public interest and keenness to preserve the environment and society.
