تنمية الموارد البشرية كمصدر لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية تنمية الموارد البشرية العاملة في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، والى الآثار الإيجابية لهذه العملية على تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة، وتحقيق الميزة تنافسية لهذه المؤسسات وتطويرها، قصد التكييف مع البيئة التنافسية التي تتميز بحدة التنافس، وإن مستقبل هذه المؤسسات مرهون بكفاءة ومهارة مواردها البشرية، وهذا لا يأتي إلاّ من خلال تنميتها وتطويرها عن طريق مجموعة من الآليات والبرامج التي تسمح بزيادة القدرات المعرفية والمهارية والسلوكية لها التي تساعد على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية والمحافظة على التميز والتفوق. This study aimed to identify the importance of human resource development in SMEs, and the positive effects of its process on achieving the enterprises' objectives as well as developing their competitive advantage in order to adapt with the competitive environment, which is characterized by intensive competition. Therefore, the future of SMEs depends on the efficiency and the skill of their human resources thereby, the development of human resources has to be through a set of mechanism and programs that allow to increase the cognitive skills, and behavioral abilities Thus, it should help achieving the competitive advantage and maintain excellence and superiority.
