Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية، من خلال القدرة على خلق القيمة المضافة وتعزيز الميزة التنافسية وتحسين وتطوير الوظائف داخل المؤسسة، وللوصول للهدف قمنا بدراسة على مستوى الملحقة التجارية نفطال بولاية معسكر معتمدين في دراستنا على مؤشر اقتصاد المعرفة الممثل في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في المؤسسة كانت لها فاعلية كبيرة في تطوير وتحسين كفاءة الخدمة والجودة داخل الوظيفة التنظيمية للمؤسسة من خلال ابتكار برمجيات تحد من التكلفة والوقت، وخارجها على مستوى السوق من تحسين الخدمات المقدمة لزبون وابتكار طرق ترفع من الميزة التنافسية في السوق ما يسمح بتعظيم الثروة والحفاظ على الرّيادة وعلاقة الثقة لمؤسسة نفطال. Abstract: This study aims to know the role of information and communication technology in the Algerian economic enterprise, from the ability to create added value, enhance the competitive advantage, improve and develop jobs within the enterprise, and to reach the goal, we conducted a study at the level of the commercial attaché of NAFTAL in the state of Mascara, relying in our study on the indicator of the knowledge economy represented in technology Information and contact, The study concluded that information and communication technology in the organization had a great effectiveness in developing and improving the efficiency of service and quality within the organizational function of the organization through the creation of software that reduces cost and time, and outside it at the market level by improving the services provided to a customer and creating ways that raise the competitive advantage in the local market And the national one is what allows the maximization of wealth and the preservation of leadership and the relationship of trust for the NAFTAL Corporation
