المهارات القيادية و دورها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة الإقصادية :دراسة حالة مؤسسة تحويل الذرة مغنية

Résumé: ملخص: يعرف محيط المؤسسة الإقتصادي اليوم تغيرات متعددة حيث تتطور فيه التقنية ،ويتضاعف المنافسون ،وتتقادم المنتجات في وقت قصير ، وإن المؤسسة الاقتصادية لن تبقى بمعزل عن تأثيرات هده التغيرات ،الأمر الذي يحتم عليها البحث عن تحقيق ميزة تنافسية قصد التفوق عن منافسيها ،و عليه فإن الحاجة الماسة للبحث الماسة للبحث فيها هدا الموضوع حيث يأتي مفهوم القيادة في مقدمة كل الأفكار والأعمال الحديثة بإعتبارها إحدى الركائز الأساسية لنجاح أي منظمة مهما كان مجال عملها و هي بمثابة حجر الزاوية لأي جهد يهدف تحقيق النجاحات في المؤسسات وخاصة المؤسسة الإقتصادية.ومن أجل الدراسة كان إختيارنا لمؤسسة تحويل الدرة تافنة و دلك من أجل توضيح و معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه المهارات القيادية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة الإقصادية ومساهمته في التغير الإيجابي في المؤسسة ومساعدتها في الرفع من الإنتاج و تحسين خدماتها و زيادة حصتها السوقية و بالتالي تعظيم ربحيته مما يؤدي إلى تحقيق الميزة التنافسية . ولمعرفة العلاقة بين المهارات القيادية و الميزة التنافسية تم إستخدام عدت مناهج لتوضيح بعض المفاهيم النظرية المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة.إضافة إلى تصميم إستبيان لإجراء الاستطلاع لآراء ووجهات نظر الموظفين على مستوى مؤسسة الدراسة والاعتماد على الجداول و الأشكال البيانية في تحليل نتائج الإستبيان . Abstract : The economic environment of the enterprise today knows multiple changes, where technology develops, competitors multiply, and products become obsolete in a short time, and that the economic enterprise will not remain isolated from the effects of these changes, which necessitates the search for achieving a competitive advantage in order to excel over its competitors, and accordingly the need An urgent need for research It is urgent to discuss this topic, as the concept of leadership comes at the forefront of all modern ideas and works, as it is one of the basic pillars for the success of any organization, regardless of its field of work, and it is the cornerstone of any effort aimed at achieving success in institutions, especially the economic institution.and for the sake of the study, we chose SPA COMPTOIR DU MAGHREB, and that is, in order to clarify and know the role that leadership skills play in achieving the competitive advantage of the economic institution and its contribution to the positive change in the institution and its assistance in increasing production, improving its services and increasing its market share, thus maximizing its profitability.which leads to the achievement of competitive advantage.in order to find out the relationship between leadership skills and competitive advantage, several methods were used to clarify some theoretical concepts related to the study variables. In addition to designing a questionnaire to conduct the survey for the opinions and views of employees at the level of the study institution and relying on tables and charts in analyzing the results of the questionnaire.
