دور اقتصاد المعرفة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية مع دراسة حالة مؤسسة تحويل الذرة مغنية

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد و توضيح دور اقتصاد المعرفة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية حيث تطرقنا لمفاهيم المعرفة وكذلك الاطار المفاهيمي للميزة التنافسية و قمنا باسقاط الدراسة النظرية على مصنع تحويل الذرة بمغنية وذلك بالاعتماد على عدة أدوات منها الاستبيان حيث تم توزيع 30 استبيان من تم تحليل اجابات افراد مجتمع الدراسة بالاعتماد على برنامج الاحصائية كالمتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية و غيرها من خلال هذه الأدلة خلصنا الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة يتحقق من خلال تحسين اقتصاد المعرفة و الاعتماد على الابداع و التطور التكنولوجي و بالتالي تحسين الأداء التسويقي كما أظهرت الدراسة الميدانية على وجود تأثير و دلالة احصائية لاقتصاد المعرفة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لمؤسسة تحويل الذرة مغنية Abstract : This study ains to identify and clarify the role of the knowledge economy in achieving the competitive advantage of the economic institution,where we discussed general concepts about the knowledge economy,as well as the comceptual framework of competitive advantage. We dropped the results of this theoretical study on the maize conversion plant using a number of tools,including the questionnaire,where 30 questionnaires were distributed, the responses of the members of the study community were analyzed using the SPSS 20 program and statistical methods such as arithmetic averages, standard deviations and others ,Therefor,this study concluded with a set of results,the most important of which is that th e competitive advantge of the institution is achieved through impoving the knowledge economy and relying on innovation and technological development,thus,improving marketing performance,the field study also showed that there is a statistically significant impact on the knowledge economy in achieving the competitive advantage of the corn conversion institution Maghnia.
