تأثير الطبيعة الإنقسامية للمجتمع على الأمن الهوياتي للدولة - أكراد العراق أنموذجا-

Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الطبيعة الإنقسامية للمجتمع ومدى تأثيرها على الأمنالهوياتي للدولة وهذا بدراسة نموذج أساسي وهو النموذج الكردي في العراق ومدى تأثير الأقلية الكردية على استقرار الدولة العراقية،إذأصبحت هذه الأقلية تهدد الأمنالهوياتي لدولة والوحدة الجمعية لها. وهذا بسبب المطالب الكردية بالانقسام والانفصال عن الدولة العراقية ومن هنا طرحت الاشكالية: حول مدى تأثير الطبيعة الانقسامية في المجتمع على الأمن الهوياتي للدولة،وما أعطاها أهمية كبيرة وجعلها دافعا لمحاولة فهم الأسباب الرئيسية لتفاقم هذه الأزمة وإنحرافها عن مسارها العادي إلى مطالب تكسر الوحدة الوطنية،وصولا إلى البحثحول خلفيات القضية الكردية في العراق وتطورها عبر فترات تاريخية وأيضا التأثيرات الخارجية الدولية والإقليمية التي ساهمت في دعم هذه المطالب الإنفصالية وجعلتها بمثابة الورقة التي تلعب بها أطراف خارجية،إما محاولة منها لتقسيم وتفكيك الوحدة الوطنية أو سعيا منها لتحقيق أهداف لها في المنطقة . This study deals with the fragmented nature of the society and its impact on the identity security of the state. This study examines the basic model of the Kurdish model in Iraq and the influence of the Kurdish minority on the stability of the Iraqi state. This is because of the Kurdish demands for division and separation from the Iraqi state. This raises the question of the extent to which the fragmented nature of society affects the national security of the state, which gave it great importance and motivated it to try to understand the main reasons for the aggravation of this crisis and its deviation from its normal course. To research the background of the Kurdish issue in Iraq and its development through historical periods as well as the international and regional external influences that contributed to support these separatist demands and made it a card to play by external parties, either an attempt to divide and dismantle As national unity or effort to achieve the objectives in the region.
