دراسة تحليلية لأثر تطبيق البرامج التنموية على بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية في الجزائر (2001-2018).

Résumé: Abstract: this study addressing the effect of application developmental programs on some macroeconomic variables in Algeria during the period 2001-2018, Where exposure to the content of developmental programs, in addition we analyses the effect of this programs on public expenditure, The unemployment, economic growth and inflation. we conclude through this study that there was the growth in public expenditure, as for Unemployment rates have declined even relatively, because a large proportion of jobs are temporary, we found also that the economic growth rate Was not at the level of expectations because of the decline in the growth of the hydrocarbon sector, which is the nerve of the national economy, despite the rates recorded in other sectors, but the rates of inflation was high relatively because increasing the public expenditure especially management expenditure And inflexibility of the productive apparatus. JEL classification codes : H5, E24, E62 الملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة أثر تطبيق البرامج التنموية على بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2001- 2018)، حيث تم التعرض إلى مضمون البرامج التنموية، بالإضافة إلى تحليل أثر هذه البرامج على الإنفاق العام، البطالة، النمو الاقتصادي والتضخم، وقد توصلنا من خلال الدراسة إلى وجود نمو مستمر في النفقات العامة، أما بالنسبة لمعدلات البطالة فقد انخفضت ولو نسبيا بسبب أن نسبة كبيرة من مناصب الشغل مؤقتة، كما توصلنا إلى أن معدل النمو الاقتصادي لم يكن في مستوى التطلعات بسبب تراجع نمو قطاع المحروقات الذي يعتبر عصب الاقتصاد الوطني بالرغم من المعدلات المسجلة في القطاعات الأخرى، في حين أن معدلات التضخم كانت مرتفعة نسبيا بسبب تزايد الإنفاق العام خاصة نفقات التسيير وعدم مرونة الجهاز الإنتاجي. الكلمات المفتاحية: البرامج التنموية، النفقات العامة، النمو الاقتصادي، البطالة، التضخم.
