درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة تدريس لدورهم الارشادي في خدمه المجتمع في ضوء معايير ضمان الجودة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة تدريس بجامعة لدورهم الارشادي في خدمه المجتمع في ضوء معايير ضمان الجودة. والكشف عن دلالة الفروق في درجة الممارسة، حسب متغير الجنس والرتبة الأكاديمية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من(132) فردا، ولجمع البيانات تم بناء أداة (استبيان) مكون من (18) بندا وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بجامعة يمارسون دورهم الارشادي في خدمة المجتمع في ضوء معايير ضمان الجودة بدرجة ضعيفة. - لا توجد فروق جوهرية دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (α≤ 0.05) في درجة ممارسة أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بجامعة لدورهم الارشادي في خدمة المجتمع تعزى لمتغير الجنس والرتبة الاكاديمية. Abstract : This study aimed to identify the degree to which faculty members at a university practice their guiding role in community service in light of quality assurance standards. And to reveal the significance of the differences in the degree of practice, according to the variable of gender and academic rank, the study sample consisted of (132) individuals, and to collect data, a tool (questionnaire) consisting of (18) items was built. Society in light of quality assurance standards to a weak degree. - There are no significant statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) in the degree of practice of faculty members at a university for their guiding role in community service due to the variable of gender and academic rank.
