العمارة البيئية كأحد أهمّ الابتكارات التسويقية في مجال السياحة المستدامة – مدينة مَصْدَرْ نموذجا–
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى إبراز دور نوع من الابتكارات في مجال التسويق السياحي المستدام وهو العمارة الصديقة للبيئة ودراسة نموذج مدينة مصدر في إمارة أبوظبي باعتباره سابقة جيّدة في هذا المجال. بيّنت نتائج الدّراسة أنّه يمكننا أن نعتبر نموذج العمارة البيئية المطبّق في مدينة مصدر نموذجا متكاملا يمكن تعميمه على مختلف الدّول العربية، خاصة تلك التي تتوفّر على مصادر هائلة من الطاقات المتجدّدة غير المستغلّة. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the role of eco-architecture as one of marketing innovation in the field of sustainable tourism, and discuss the model of MASDAR city as one of the better examples of “Eco-cities”. The results of study showed that we can consider the model of eco-architecture applicated in MASDAR City as an integrated model that can be circulated to various Arab countries, especially those that have Unexploited renewable energies.
