السياحة الشاملة لتطوير الوجهات السياحية – تجربة مدينة دبي- Inclusive Tourism For Destination Development -dubai City Experience-

Résumé: في الآونة الأخيرة برز عالميا نهج السياحة الشاملة كفرصة ممتازة لتعزيز القدرة التنافسية والجودة في الوجهات السياحية من خلال إمكانية الوصول الشامل بناءا على التصميم العالمي الذي لا يستثني ذوي الإعاقة، كبار السن، الحوامل، الأطفال وغيرهم في تصميم المنتجات والاتصالات والبيئات والخدمات لتكون سياحة متاحة للجميع. وقد جاءت دراستنا هذه في إطار محاولة تناول مفهوم السياحة الشاملة والتعرف على متطلباتها، بالإضافة إلى عرض تجربة مدينة دبي أبرز الوجهات السياحية العربية التي اتخذت خطوات عملية اتجاه متطلبات هذا النهج السياحي. وقد تبين أن نهج السياحة الشاملة يقوم على توفير بنية تحتية مؤهلة، وخدمات سياحية ميسرة، ونقل ميسر، ومعلومات متاحة للجميع من خلال الجمع بين السياسات والقوانين الداعمة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتقنيات التصميم العالمي واستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة والمعلومات. Recently, an inclusive tourism approach has emerged globally as an excellent opportunity to strengthen competitiveness, quality and sustainability in tourist destinations Through inclusive accessibility based on global design that does not exclude the disabled, the elderly, pregnant women, children and others in designing products, communications, environments and services to make tourism available to all. This study came within the framework of an attempt to address the concept of inclusive tourism and identify its requirements, in addition to presenting the experience of Dubai, the most prominent Arab tourist destination that has taken practical steps towards the requirements of this tourism approach. It was found that the inclusive tourism is based on provision: eligible infrastructure, accessible tourist services, accessible transfer, information available to everyone, and that by combining laws supporting people with special needs and global design techniques and information technology.
