حوادث العمل وأساليب الوقاية منها في المؤسسة الصناعية (دراسة ميدانية بمصفاة السبع البترولية التابعة لشركة سوناطراك بولاية أدرار)
Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى معرفة أسباب حوادث العمل بمصفاة السبع البترولية التابعة لشركة سوناطراك بولاية ادرار، وأساليب الامن الصناعي المتبعة في الشركة وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - للخصائص الشخصية للعامل علاقة وطيدة بحوادث العمل بمصفاة السبع. - الاصابة بحادث عمل داخل المصفاة معظمها ينجم عن أخطاء بشرية وليس مادية. - انخفضت حوادث العمل بالمصفاة بعد تطبيق وتفعيل برنامج الامن الصناعي " HSE". This article aims at shedding light on the causes that lead to work accidents in ELSABAA refinery which is an annex of SONATRACH Company in Adrar town. It also shows and exposes security measures. The study has achieved three important results. First, there is a strong relationship between personal characteristics and the work accidents which have taken place in ELSABAA refinery. Second, the primary causes of work accidents are human not material. Third, work accidents can be diminished by applying and following the company’s industrial security.
