Résumé: Study aims to identify the impact of work pressures on the ethics of the profession at theelectricity and renewable energy corporation in Touggourt, and to achieve the objectives of thestudy and then rely on the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, statistical analysis (spss) version 22, in addition to a set of statistical methods. The study reached the conclusions that: That work pressures prevail to a moderate degree and have no effect on professional ethics, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences in the perception of the study sample members about work stress and professional ethics due to personal variables.
