تقييم الأداء المالي لبنك دبي الإسلامي خلال الفترة 2014-2019 باستعمال معيار Camels

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الأداء المالي لبنك دبي الاسلامي خلال الفترة 2014-2019 وذلك باستعمال طريقة CAMELS والتي تم تكييفها من أجل التطبيق على البنوك الاسلامية نظرا لخصوصيتها وتميزها عن البنوك التقليدية. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن لنظام التقييم المصرفي الامريكي CAMELS كفاءة وإمكانية عالية لتقييم البنك من جميع جوانبه وكذا اكتشاف نقاط قوته وضعفه، حيث تم تصنيف بنك دبي الاسلامي في التصنيف 2 حسب معيار CAMELS ، إذ يعتبر البنك ذو كفاءة وأداء مالي متميز، وذلك راجع لتمتعه برأس مال ضخم وسيولة كبيرة وأرباح سنوية جيدة، غير أن هذا لا يمنع من وجود رقابة جيدة ودائمة لضمان استمرارية واستقرار بنك دبي الاسلامي، ومواصلة انجازات هذا البنك والمحافظة على سلامته المصرفية واستقراره. Abstract: The aim of this paper is to assess the financial performance of Dubai Islamic Bank, to achieve this objective, we applied CAMEL Rating system over the period 2014-2019. The study concluded that CAMELS Rating system has a great capacity to assess the financial performance of Dubai Islamic bank in all its aspects, as well as to discover its strengths and weakness, where the Bank gets the rating 2, This shows that the bank's has a high efficient and well -performing in several aspects (liquidity, profitability, capital adequacy, asset quality, management quality), Because the bank has a big capital, high liquidity and good annual profits. However, this does not prevent the existence of good and lasting oversight to ensure continuity and stability of Dubai Islamic Bank.
