الإهمال العائلي وأثره على المجتمع
Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع الإهمال العائلي، حيث تم التركيز على ثلاثة جرائم في هذا المجال، جريمة ترك أحد الزوجين مقر الأسرة على نحو يحدث ضررا للطرف الآخر، وجريمة إهمال الزوجة الحامل، ثم جريمة الإساءة إلى الأبناء، و العلاقة بين هذه الجرائم وانحراف الأبناء، ثم أثر ذلك على المجتمع. This article aims to shed light on the topic of family neglect, focusing on three crimes in this area, the crime of leaving the family headquarters in a way that causes harm to the other party, the crime of neglecting a pregnant wife, the crime of child abuse, the relationship between these crimes and the delinquency of children, and the impact of this on society.
